Hilbert College has excellent on-campus athletic facilities, including the newly renovated Hafner Recreation Center (2005). The center features a 2,000-square-foot fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art aerobic and strength training equipment. The air conditioned facility also boasts six large televisions with Direct TV capabilities. The building also houses an athletic training room, locker rooms, a team meeting room, as well as newly renovated offices. 
Installation of a new high-quality 11,000-square-foot wooden floor for the gymnasium was completed in the summer of 2007. The Robins Floor System is adorned with the college's Hawks logo. Other facilities on campus include two soccer fields as well as baseball and softball fields. Outdoor basketball courts are also available.
