Simply contact Amy Smith, Ph.D., Elder Scholars Program director, to apply for the program at 716-649-7900, ext. 354, asmith@hilbert.edu. You can discuss with the director which level of participation best fits your needs. A program application will be mailed to you. Follow the instructions for completing the form and return it with the application fee appropriate for your level of participation. Visit the Program Fees area for more information. The fee may be paid by check or money order made payable to Hilbert College. Apply Online
