Paralegal Studies Home

"I originally chose Hilbert because it was away from home and I wanted a chance to be out on my own and grow as a person. I love living on campus because everything I need is right at my fingertips and my classes are amazing. Once I get my bachelor's, I'd like to go on to law school and ultimately become a Supreme Court judge."

Rachel Prout, Class of 2007

Your Journey Starts Here

Hilbert's paralegal studies program is the oldest and most established paralegal program in Western New York. It has also been approved by the American Bar Association since 1977 and is a charter member of the American Association for Paralegal Education.

Through a diverse selection of courses, you'll learn about the principles of law and then be able to apply those skills during valuable internship opportunities. Upon graduation, you're equipped with a solid foundation to pursue a variety of careers in law, business, library science, or other fields.
