What is an Internship?
Interns will participate in semester-long internships locally or outside of the region in places like Albany and Washington D.C. An internship gives you real-world experience, prepares you for a wide variety of careers in political science, and helps you establish useful contacts within the field.
Internships take place either during the fall or spring semester and you'll receive academic credit for your efforts. This is your chance to make contributions to an organization and to demonstrate your potential value as a full-time employee after graduation.
