Child of Deceased Police Officer/Firefighter Award
The Child of Deceased Police Officer/Firefighter Award is available to applicants who are children of a police officer, firefighter, or volunteer firefighter who has died as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty.
Child of Veteran Award
The Child of Veteran Award is available to applicants who are children of veterans who are deceased, disabled or missing in action as a result of service during World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, or Vietnam War, or who were prisoners of war during such service.

Students With Disabilities

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is an entitlement program that is need-based for students enrolled full-time at Hilbert. TAP for part-time study is available for students enrolled for less than 12 credit hours. The number and amount of awards are contingent upon the allocation of funds granted the college by New York State.
Vietnam Veterans Award
The Vietnam Veterans Award is available to students who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Indochina at any time from Jan. 1, 1963 through May 7, 1975.
