Job Summary: An Admissions Counselor at Hilbert College is responsible for supporting and executing the undergraduate enrollment goals of the institution. The primary tasks would include application review, recruitment territory management and travel (6-10 weeks/year), communication with prospective students via a customer relationship management (CRM) software, and participation in all on-campus recruitment days. Additional duties include assisting with in-office processes, data collection, oral presentations, and written communication with prospective students and families.
Requirements/Qualifications: Flexibility to travel and ability to work some nights and weekends; establish and maintain positive relationships; familiarity with all campus services, policies and regulations. Good administrative and organization skills; ability to communicate effectively in large and small groups; strong speaking skills; ability to work with others as part of a team and within a set budget. Strong computer skills; proficiency using MS Word, MS Excel and the internet; attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license and Bachelor’s Degree. Admissions experience a plus.
