ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CURRICULUM

Students enrolled in the Organizational Development program will take courses that concentrate on the principles for promoting change in organizations, leadership, resource allocations as well as acquiring competencies in the functional areas common to virtually all organizations.

The table below shows the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development.
