Bio:

Eskew is a specialist in rehabilitation services for individuals who have cognitive, psychiatric or physical disabilities, including services provided by state, federal and private service agencies, the legal aspects of rehabilitation, and the rights of people with disabilities. She has extensive experience in training community rehabilitation professionals in the areas of program development, as well as training in alcohol and drug abuse treatment. Also in the area of alcohol and drug abuse, she’s experienced in its affect on families and the impact of addiction on people with psychiatric disabilities, mental retardation and developmental disabilities.
