COCOA BEACH, FL - The start of the 2010 baseball season for the Hilbert College Hawks was almost perfect. The team traveled to the Cocoa Beach Expo tournament (Cocoa Beach, Florida), sophomore Nick Sherman pitched a no-hitting going the distance for an 8-1 victory over SUNY New Paltz and the team secured their first win for Coach Jonathan Musialowski who remains hospitalized after a car accident 14 days earlier. But in the night cap, the Hawks were defeated by conference opponent Franciscan University 10-3 putting a blemish on their young season.
