KEUKA PARK, NY – Having played Keuka College one week earlier in women’s volleyball, the Hilbert Hawks were hoping for a victory the second-time around in the rematch September 10. Keuka dominated the 4-set match (25-13, 25-15, 23-25, 25-17) improving to 4-0 for the season. Hilbert is the only team this season to beat the Storm grabbing the first set of the season (September 3 in the AMCC vs. NEAC Challenge) and then again in the third set in Saturday’s road game.

Chelsea Reischuck returned to action and led the team with 6 kills and 12 digs. Shannon Memminger passed for 17 assists and Rachel Kwiakowski supplied 5 blocks at the net.

Hilbert has to wait until September 15 until they play again against Buffalo State College in a 7pm match in North Buffalo. The Hawks then travel to Alfred University for a tri-match September 17. Hilbert faces Alfred at 11 am then Washington and Jefferson at 1pm.
