HAMBURG, NY – In their final preseason tune up before the start of the regular season, the Hilbert College men’s basketball team beat Centennial College of Canada 83-74 in an exhibition game on Saturday.
Dallas Reinard (Smethport, PA/Smethport) scored a game high 29 points and teammate Corey Vander Sluis (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) scored 18 points with both players combining for 16 rebounds.
Keno Allen led the visitors with 19 points as the Colts couldn’t overcome a 41-35 halftime deficit.
Hilbert College opens the 2005-06 season at 7:00 PM on Friday, October 18th at Hobart College.
