Reinard Named to D3HOOPS All-Region Team

HAMBURG, NY – Hilbert College men’s basketball player Dallas Reinard (Smethport, PA/Smethport) has been named to the D3hoops.com All-Region Second Team. Reinard comes off a junior campaign where he led the 2006-07 Hawks to the semifinals of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) tournament, and the college’s first birth in the ECAC post-season tournament.
Reinard was a 2006-07 AMCC First Team selection and garnished Player of the Year honors while leading the conference in scoring (22.4 ppg) and three-point field goal percentage (.435). He is currently ranked 16th in the nation in scoring and is second on Hilbert’s all-time list for points in a career with 1,276.
The 6’4 guard is a three-time AMCC All-Academic selection and was recently recognized by ESPN the Magazine’s Academic All-American program.
Hilbert College, located in suburban Hamburg, N.Y., south of Buffalo, is a private four-year college founded in 1957 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition.
