HC Golfers Place Ninth at AMCC Tourney

BRADFORD, Pa. – The Hilbert College golf team placed ninth this past weekend at the 2004 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championships in Bradford, Pa. Penn State Behrend finished first out of the 10-team conference members with a score of 322.

 

The Hilbert golfers totaled a score of 356 and were led by senior Will Georger’s (Eden, NY/Eden) 86 on the day. Georger, the Hawks top finisher, tied for 28th overall and competed against a field of 49 players.

 

Other Hilbert players who scored were William Sporney (Buffalo, NY/Bishop Timon) (88), Scott Pritchard (Springville, NY/Cattaraugus Little Valley) (90), Glen Ufland (Buffalo, NY/Bishop Timon) (92), and Jacob Bickelman (East Aurora, NY/Iroquois) (94).
