HC golfers 11th at PSB Invitational

FINDLEY LAKE, NY – Daemen College scored a 290 to take home team honors at Thursday’s Penn State Behrend Invitational held at Peek’n Peak Golf Course. The Wildcats edged out Lake Erie College by one stroke as the Storm finished with a 291. Hilbert College placed 11th with a score of 336 over the 6,260 yard course.
For Hilbert, Kyle Hiscock (Rochester, NY/Eastridge) led the way with a team best 83 as the Hawks saw competition from eight of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference’s (AMCC) 10 teams.
Lake Erie College’s Joe Ribelli turned in the top individual effort with a 65 over the par 72 course.
The Hawks will spend next week preparing for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships being held on September 29-30 at Oswego Country Club.
