Hilbert Falls to Wells College in Season Opener

Hamburg, NY. – The men's soccer team traveled to Wells College on Wednesday, September 1st, where the Hawks were defeated (3-0). Delroy Roberts scored the first two goals for the Express, but the victory was insured by Blasdimil Gomez's final goal of the game. Junior Kamil Cislak (Lancaster, N.Y./Lancaster) finished the game with ten saves for the Hawks.
Despite being outshot by the Express 26-5, the Hawks were lead in shots on goal by sophomore forward, Ed Sarcione (Eden, NY/Eden Central) and freshman forward Moehammed Amed (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca West).
Hilbert's next match is their home opener against Morrisville on Tuesday, September 7th at 4pm in Hamburg, NY.
