Hilbert Ranks Well In NCAA Men's Volleyball Statistics

Hamburg, N.Y. - The NCAA has released the Division III men's volleyball statistics on its web site.

As a team, the Hilbert College men's volleyball program places in the top 20 in four statistical categories. The Hawks rank 13th overall in aces per game with 1.81, 7th in blocks per game with 2.62, 19th in hitting percentage per game at .227 and 16th in match win-loss percentage at .5.

Individually, senior Robert Gerhard (Angola, NY/Lakeshore) ranks 8th overall in kills per game with 4.33 winners per game.

The Hawks are in action Wednesday evening February 4, at 7:00 pm, when Hilbert hosts Nazareth College.
