HAMBURG, NY – The University of Pitt-Bradford’s Kara Karr covered the Hilbert College cross country course in 22:40 to place first and lead the visiting Panthers to a 24-42-52 win. D’Youville College placed second and the host Hilbert Hawks took third.

For the second week in a row, Hilbert’s Susan Devlin (Hamburg, NY/Frontier) was the first Hawk across the finish line. The junior covered her 5K home course in 23:42, 52 seconds faster than her previous 5K best.

The Hawks travel to Geneseo State next Saturday, October 1st for an 11:00 am invitational at Letchworth State Park.
