Cross Country practices to begin August 24

HAMBURG, NY: Jerry Mangan, head coach for the cross country teams at Hilbert, has announced his first practice date for the 2009 season.  All interested athletes are to arrive on campus by 3:00 pm on Monday, August 24.  Compliance paperwork, physical forms and insurance information must be submitted and reviewed prior to a team work out.  All forms and information can be found by following this link to the athletics page on the college’s website (click here). Coach Jerry will meet with both the men's and women's cross country runners in the Hafner Recreation Center's conference room located in the Athletic's suite. Please be ready to start your season off that afternoon!   Any questions can be directed to the athletics department: 716-926-8805.
