HC’s Goodwin named AMCC Goalkeeper of the Week

GIBSONIA, PA – Hilbert College women’s soccer player Kelly Goodwin (Niagara Falls, NY/Niagara Falls) has been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Goalkeeper of the week, for the week ending October 21st.

In a 1-1-1 week for the Hawks, Goodwin allowed just two goals while making 17 saves. She recorded her third shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over Wells College then turned away eight shots in a double-overtime tie with league leading Penn State Behrend.

Goodwin and the Hawks are back in action on Wednesday at the University of Pitt-Bradford.
