Hilbert Volleyball Team Downed at Medaille

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Medaille College wasted no time Tuesday night racing to three straight wins over the visiting Hilbert College Lady Hawks 30-10, 30-6, and 30-10 in NCAA Division III women’s volleyball.
Jenny Costello led the Mavericks (7-10, 4-1) with eight kills, nine assists, seven aces, and six digs in the important North Eastern Athletic Conference match-up.
The Hawks (1-11, 0-5) were led by Amanda Ellis (Pioneer/Arcade, NY) who contributed four kills, three assists and four digs in a losing effort.
Hilbert will play its fifth consecutive road match at 1 p.m. Saturday at NEAC foe Cazenovia College
