BUFFALO, NY- The Buffalo State women’s volleyball team handed Hilbert College their fourth-straight loss Tuesday night at the Buffalo State Sports Arena. The Bengals won in three games (30-23, 30-25, 30-20) to improve to 3-18 on the season while the Hawks dropped to 7-8 overall.
The Hilbert offense continued to struggle registering only 25 kills in 72 attempts. Freshman Erica Page (Angola, NY/Lakeshore) had seven kills while adding three aces and four digs. Junior Missy Kick (Blasdell, NY/Mt. Mercy) contributed 18 assists in a losing effort.
The Hawks will look to improve their record when they travel to Alfred University on Thursday, October 4th for a 7:00 pm match against the Saxons.
