Hawks Fall at D'Youville

The Hilbert College women’s volleyball was swept 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-19) at the hands of local rival D’Youville College, Tuesday evening at the College Center Gymnasium. The Hawks fall to 3-3 overall. Hilbert is 0-3 against the Spartans this season.
Sophomore Erica Page (Angola, NY/Lakeshore) led the way defensively for the Hawks, with 14 digs. Page also led the hawks with 5 kills. Sophomore Brandi Mack (Gasport, NY/Roy Hart) and senior Melissa Kick (Blasdell, NY/Mt. Mercy) each chipped in with seven digs each.
The Hawks return to action Saturday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. when they open AMCC play with a tri-match against Franciscan and Medaille.
