Hawks Downed by Pitt Greensburg

The Hilbert College women’s volleyball team fell 3-0 (26-24, 25-12, 25-21) to the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, in an AMCC contest, Saturday afternoon. With the loss, the Hawks fall to 5-6 on the season and 1-1 in AMCC play.
For the Hawks, Erica Page (Angola, NY/Lakeshore) led the Hawks with 13 digs. Dale Jonathan (Basom, NY/Akron Central) and Destyn Brown (Ithaca, NY) each recorded 11 digs a piece.
Melissa Kick (Blasdell, NY/Mt. Mercy) led Hilbert offensively with 11 assists.
The Hawks return to action Oct. 1 at 7 p.m., when home standing Hilbert welcomes AMCC foe Penn State Behrend to the Hafner Recreation Center.
