HAMBURG, N.Y. – Hilbert College will host a Memorial Miles 5K Run/1 Mile Walk, which will include special tributes along the course to honor lost loved ones, at 10 a.m. April 10.
Awards will be presented to the overall top male and female winners and top winners in various age groups. A barbecue with music, a children’s play area and raffles will be held in the Hilbert campus quad immediately following the event.
Start and finish will be at Hilbert for the certified and sanctioned course that will go around campus and the surrounding neighborhood.
Preregistration entry fee is $15 through April 9. Day of race fee will be $20. Children 12 and under may participate for free. The first 200 paid adult participants will receive a Memorial Miles t-shirt. Event proceeds will benefit Hilbert student scholarships.
Memorial tributes that will line the race course are available for $25 with the option to include a photo of the individual being honored.
