INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) announced Hilbert College’s recent graduate, Kelly Goodwin (Niagara Falls, NY/Niagara Falls) as the 2009 NCAA Division III statistical champion for Toughest to Strikeout.
