Courses in Major (21 Credits)


All students in the communications studies major are required to fulfill a 21-credit communications core (see below) and an 18-credit concentration for a total of 39 credits in the major.

Students must take (9) hours of courses outside of their communications concentration that are considered writing intensive.  These courses may be general electives or meet the college (36) credit requirement (except for EN 101 and EN102).  Writing intensive courses include:
