Welcome
Sophisticated technology has fueled the rise in financial and computer crime, from corporate accounting scandals to cyber-terrorism. As a student in Hilbert's computer security and information assurance program you will be prepared to master the methods, processes, and tehniques used in computer crime investigations and computer security issues. You will also come to understand the core principles of information security- confidentiality, integrity, and availability. You will be challenged to develop the ability to recognize and resolve ethical problems that arise in internships and in the profession. As a Hilbert graduate, you will possess the knowledge and skills needed to begin a professional career in the public or private sector, or for graduate studies.
