Hilbert College Director of Admissions 5200 South Park Ave. Hamburg, NY 14075 - Once you have made a definitive decision to attend Hilbert, send a $50 (U.S. dollars) deposit, which is nonrefundable but applicable toward tuition, as an indication of your intent to register.
- Payment for the semester's tuition and fees, including room and board (if applicable), must be received before Hilbert will issue an I-20. International students entering the U.S. for the purposes of attending college must secure a passport from their government and a visa from the U.S. consulate. To apply for a student visa, a passport and certificate of eligibility (form I-20) is necessary. An I-20 will be issued to international students upon acceptance to the college and upon submission of the required financial and English proficiency documentation. The I-20 is a visa application and must be used with your visa, passport and other documentation to enter the U.S. Spouses and/or children of F-1 visa holders enter the U.S. on an F-2 visa and will not be permitted employment of any kind. International applicants must furnish a photocopy of the I-94 record and their visa stamp upon arrival on campus. In addition, if you hold an F-1 status and are currently in the U.S. you must furnish a copy of your current I-20.
- Return the completed health survey to the Office of the Vice President for Student Life.
