Questions to Ask During Interviews

  1. If hired, would I be filling a newly created position or replacing someone?
  2. Has there been much turnover in this job area?
  3. Do you fill positions from the outside or promote from within first?
  4. Would you describe a typical day and the things I'd be doing?
  5. What is the minimum computer experience required?
  6. What qualities are you looking for in the candidate who fills this position?
