Matching gifts are contributions made by an employer to match an employee's contribution. Most companies match employee gifts at a ratio of 1:1, but some match at an even higher level. To find out if your employer is a matching gift company, contact the personnel, human resources or community relations office where you work. If your company does participate, they will have a matching gift form that you can fill out and send to Hilbert College along with your contribution. The Office of Institutional Advancement will then verify the contribution and return the form to your company.
