To schedule an appointment, call 649-7900, ext. 232 during office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during the semester. We welcome you to contact us by e-mail at pdewey@hilbert.edu. However, we value your privacy and suggest you consider either calling or stopping by our office to maintain complete confidentiality. If you are in crisis, call 649-7900, ext. 232 or come immediately to our office located in the Campus Center, upper level. After business hours or on weekends, call Crisis Services at 834-3131 or Campus Safety at 479-1233. Your first appointment will be scheduled no longer than 24 hours since the day you called. Counseling sessions are usually 50 minutes long, but plan on about an hour or so for your first appointment. Also, feel free to stop by our office to schedule an appointment in person.
