Transfer Student Checklist

• Apply for admission.
• Request an official transcript from each institution attended since high school graduation. The transcript should be sent directly to Hilbert College, Office of Admissions, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg, N.Y. 14075.
• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), listing Hilbert College as a recipient of the results.
• Contact the Office of Student Finance for more information about different ways to cover college costs, like scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study jobs.
