4+1 combined BS/MPA

Students may pursue their bachelor’s degree in human services and simultaneously work toward completion of the Master of Public Administration: Health Administration, earning both degrees in five years.

This innovative BS/MPA 4+1 program can save students up to two semesters of graduate school.

Admission to graduate school follows the completion of all undergraduate degree requirements, without the need to take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE). You will begin taking graduate courses during your final year(s) of undergraduate studies.

4+1 Policy

Hilbert’s MPA: Health Administration program is designed to give students the skills to succeed in public service and health care management positions in a wide variety of organizations. The program integrates the core curriculum of Hilbert’s MPA program with a special focus on health administration and services.

Graduates are well positioned for careers in public or health services administration, policy making, evaluation, planning, consulting and related fields.

The program is geared for students in the first stages of their careers as well as experienced professionals.
