HAMBURG, N.Y. – Hilbert College senior Erika Betz (Williamsville, NY – Williamsville East High School) was awarded the Collegiate Sales and Marketing Scholarship from the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME) at their annual Awards Gala Dinner on Monday, March 6.
The BNSME hosted the Sales and Marketing Awards Gala Dinner, which is an annual event that allows Western New York companies the opportunity to publicly recognize the achievements of local Sales and Marketing Professionals. At the dinner, BNSME honored Hilbert senior Erika Betz who is majoring in business management and has already made an impact in the industry.
Erika has excelled in the classroom and will graduate this May with academic honors. She has also held a Sales Associate position at Valu Home Center and worked as a Human Resources Intern and Corporate Recruiter for Advance2000, Inc. and Logistic Dynamics. Erika has participated in Hilbert’s Leadership Scholarship program and is president of the Phi Beta Lambda Business and Accounting Association. She founded Hilbert Helpers, which encourages and organizes volunteer opportunities at Hilbert and in the surrounding community. Erika has been accepted into the St. Bonaventure University MBA program and plans to begin her graduate coursework this summer.
