Hilbert College’s 59th annual commencement ceremony to celebrate the class of 2020 is planned for 1 p.m. on September 26, 2020 and will be a virtual ceremony.
“Unfortunately with state guidelines limiting large gatherings to 150 people, our commencement ceremony planned for September 26 will have to be transitioned from an in-person outdoor event to a virtual event,” Hilbert President Dr. Michael S. Brophy said.
Hilbert is planning for an approximately 30 minute virtual commencement ceremony, with speeches from students, an alumnus, Dr. Brophy, and Fr. Michael Sajda, OFM Conv.
All graduates will be recognized during the event and should provide a photo of themselves (by emailing it to collegerelations@hilbert.edu). Please email photo and the name of the graduate no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020.
More information, including the link to the virtual ceremony, will be available at www.hilbert.edu/commencement.
