The following form should be used to submit your news and events for promotion or coverage by the Office of Marketing & Communications, and to request web updates or corrections.
Please note: submission does not guarantee publicity or coverage. Event photography/videography is generally scheduled for specific story-driven content. If you are requesting event photography, please indicate the purpose and the ideal time frame. Photographers are generally not available to shoot an entire event.
Lead time varies depending on the project, but please allow adequate notice (4-6 weeks is usually ideal). Some larger projects/events will require months of planning. All design projects (collateral material) will require Vice President approval before planning and design can begin.
