Bowen Named Vice President for Enrollment Management at Hilbert College
Dec 16, 2019 | HAMBURG, N.Y. – After a national search, Randyll P. Bowen, Ed.D. has been appointed vice president for enrollment management at Hilbert College, President Michael S. Brophy, Ph.D. announced today. Bowen will be a member of the college’s senior leadership team and will oversee the Office of Admissions and the Office of Student Finance.
