Student health and well-being are important at Hilbert College. We want to ensure that early evaluation and treatment for an injury or illness are available to keep students well and to promote a healthy campus community.
The Cappuccino Family Wellness Center mission is to provide quality, confidential primary care services in a caring outpatient clinic setting. Our registered nurse is responsible for assessing and treating signs and symptoms, as well as triaging and referring to appropriate nearby medical facilities. Educating students in their comprehensive health and wellness is also emphasized.
Located on the first floor of St. Joseph Hall, room 123, across from the Counseling Center, the Wellness Center is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during shortened work weeks) Monday through Friday during the academic year.
In addition to the Wellness Center, the area near Hilbert's campus offers several excellent medical facilities, including four emergent care centers within minutes of the campus and a hospital only a short drive away. A list of area health services facilities easily accessible to Hilbert students is available online.
