AMCC Championship to Get Live Broadcast

PAINESVILLE, OH – The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) men’s basketball championship will be broadcasted live from Lake Erie College’s Athletic and Wellness Center on WELW 1330 AM. Listeners can go to www.welw.com to tune in to Saturday’s 3:05 pm title game. The AMCC tournament champion will receive an automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Division III tournament.
Friday night’s semifinals will get underway at 6:05 pm with #1 seed Lake Erie College (23-2) playing host to #4 seed Hilbert College (14-12). The 8:05 pm nightcap features #2 seed Penn State Behrend (18-6) facing #3 seed University of Pittsburg at Bradford (14-12).
Tickets for each day are $6.00 for reserved seating, $5.00 for general admission, and $2.00 for AMCC students with college identification.
