ECAC recognizes HC cager

CAPE COD, MA – Hilbert College men’s basketball player Dallas Reinard (Smethport, PA/Smethport) has been named an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) South Region Second Team All-Star. The ECAC’s membership includes 320 Division I, II, and III colleges from Maine to Georgia and westerly to Ohio.

For Reinard, the honors cap a brilliant junior campaign for the 6’4 guard who finished 16th nationally in points per game (22.4) while being named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Year. The D3hoops.com All-East Region selection was also a DIII News All-American and was recently selected an ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American.

Reinard has amassed 1,276 points and is currently ranked third on the Hawks all-time career list for points scored. His 626 points this past winter are the most scored by a Hilbert player in a season since the program became an NCAA Division III member in 1992.
