Hamburg, NY - Last week's cold snap is still impacting Hilbert College's ability to host any athletics contests the last week in March. With the temperatures hovering below the freezing mark, both the softball and baseball diamonds are still not ready or safe enough to host a Division III event.
The softball games scheduled at home on March 29th and 30th have been postponed or rescheduled. The Geneseo State game (3/29) has been postponed; the Penn State Behrend game (3/30) has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 7th.
The baseball game scheduled at home on March 29th (Keuka College) has been postponed. At this time, the baseball team is still scheduled to travel to Erie, PA for an AMCC contest against Penn State Behrend on 3/30. Stop back to see if this game is a go.
The men's 3/30/11 lacrosse game against Keuka originally scheduled for 4pm on Hilbert's campus has been moved to Orchard Park high school with a 7pm start time. Dress warm!
