Proclamation Presented to Hilbert Board Chairperson

HAMBURG, N.Y. – Erie County Legislator Edward A. Rath III presented a Legislature proclamation to Ann Swan, who is serving her third term as chairperson of the Hilbert College Board of Trustees, at a special on-campus ceremony held July 26.
The official proclamation was awarded in recognition of Swan receiving Hilbert’s 2012 President’s Medal, one of the college’s highest honors, as well as for her exemplary service and support of the college.

Hilbert College, located in suburban Hamburg, N.Y., south of Buffalo, is a private four-year college founded in 1957 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition.
