Do you want a to start a stamp collecting club, KanJam © Club, or have another unique interest that you want to showcase on campus? Then we recommend that you start a club!
We encourage the formation of new clubs and organizations on campus. If you want to start a new club, first check out the SGA Constitution, Article X.
Next you will need to ask an eligible full-time staff or faculty member to be the advisor for your new club. Then a charter must be drawn up and submitted to the SGA for approval. Charter Forms can be found on blackboard or outside of the Student Government Office in Franciscan Hall, Center for Student Involvement and Leadership. Keep in mind that only clubs or organizations officially recognized on campus are eligible to receive SGA funding.
You can get more information by contacting the Office of Student Activities at (716) 926-8932.
