Campus Safety
Campus Safety is dedicated to ensuring a secure environment for faculty and staff by providing services such as campus patrols, emergency response, parking enforcement, and crime prevention programs. They also handle incident investigation, policy enforcement, and safety escorts.
Information Technology Helpdesk
The IT Help Desk provides technical support for faculty and staff, assisting with everything from software troubleshooting and hardware repairs to network connectivity issues and account management. Whether you're experiencing email problems, need help setting up new equipment, or require guidance on using classroom technology, the IT Help Desk is your resource for efficient and effective solutions.
To streamline technology procurement, Hilbert has implemented a new, more efficient request process. All technology purchases must now be submitted through IT, following a clear approval workflow.
Library
Librarians and resources aid faculty in their own research for course development and publications. Furthermore, instructors can easily request library instruction sessions to equip students with essential information literacy skills, and suggest materials for the collection or place items on reserve for their classes.
Marketing & Communications
The Marketing and Communications team can help faculty and staff create engaging campaigns to support college initiatives, sustain the Hilbert College brand, and promote awareness through various tactics. They also offer editing services, web content creation, and media support.
Maintenance & Facilites
For any issues in a space and/or custodial supplies, faculty and staff can submit a maintenance/facilities request form. If you are looking to move or need equipment, fill out a campus modification request.
