Residence Life Staff Recommendation Form

In order for an individual to be employed with Residence Life, we require the candidate to have two professional recommendation forms filled out on their behalf. One must be submitted by a Hilbert College professional.  Note that Hilbert College students are not eligible to submit a recommendation form.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact ResLife@Hilbert.edu.

All recommendations forms should be completed before February 28 for the 25-26 academic year applicants. 

Please rate the candidate according to the following scale:
4 - Exemplary
3 - Proficient
2 - Developing
1 - Beginner
