In January of 2022, Adams was promoted to Interim Director of Residence Life & Community Standards overseeing all residential operations and student conduct proceedings.
In June of 2022, Adams was promoted to Director of Residence Life & Community Standards.
Adams is an alumna of Hilbert College, Class of 2017 and was highly involved during her time as a student. She was on the women’s soccer team, participated in the leadership scholarship program, attended service trips, served as a Resident Assistant, peer leader, orientation leader, and interned with both Residence Life and Student Life offices.
Since graduating in 2017, Adams has held roles at different institutions broadening her higher education experiences. Adams spent summer of 2017 as an ACUHO-I intern at San Francisco State University as a Conferences and Events Services Coordinator. During graduate school from August 2017 to May 2019, Adams served as an LHE Intern in Adult Transfer & Military Services Office, Student Records Office, and the Honors Program. After completing her masters degree, Adams worked at Elmira College as the Area Coordinator for Residence Life. Adams then transitioned to Springfield College in Springfield, MA as a Community Director in Housing and Residence Life.
Adams holds a Bachelors in Human Services with a minor in Leadership from Hilbert College, and a Masters of Arts in Education concentrated in Leadership in Higher Education from Baldwin Wallace University. Adams is a proud auntie and has a cat named Aspen and the dog of Residence Life, Bodhi.
