Housing Selection

Current student housing selection for the 2025-2026 academic year launces on March 17.

Housing Selection Dates

  • March 17 housing selection goes live
  • Apartment & Suite Selection - April 9 from 8pm to 10pm
  • Double Selection - April 11 from 8pm to 10pm

Process Overview

  • Housing Selection for Fall 2025 launches in March and is communicated to current students by Hilbert email. All forms and processes are completed internally.
  • Order of selection is determined by a housing lottery. The lottery is structured by credits completed by January 1, 2025 and utilizes cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) as the tie-breaker.
  • Students choose their roommates for the upcoming year utilizing the Grouping Form. This form indicates mutual requests and helps determine the lottery for selection.
