Graduate Fair
Graduating students are invited to attend the Graduate Fair to prepare for Commencement and celebrate their upcoming milestone. This one-stop event gives seniors the opportunity to pick up their cap and gown, secure commencement tickets, sign up for Senior Week events like the Last Lecture Brunch and Senior Night, and get the information they need for graduation day. Stop by, check off your graduation to-do list, and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished at Hilbert.

Location & Parking
Hilbert College is conveniently located just south of Buffalo in Hamburg, NY, easily accessible via the NYS Thruway. With free and ample parking, including designated event parking in Lot G, getting to campus is a breeze. Use the provided directions and campus map to navigate your visit.
Event Details
If you cannot make it to Grad Fair:
- Contact the Bookstore at bookstore@hilbert.edu to order your regalia.
- Reach out to commence@hilbert.edu for any accessibility accommodations and arrangements to pick up/have your tickets mailed out.
Commencement tickets are available for free and can be picked up at Grad Fair on March 20th. The final day to pick up tickets is April 17th.
Each invited guest must provide a ticket in exchange for admission into the Commencement Ceremony at the Revive Wesleyan Church. Tickets will be collected upon entry. Please note all children, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, collected invitations will be available for graduates and guests to take as mementos.
Requests for additional tickets can be submitted to the Commencement Committee. Additional tickets are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
