Regarding the rules for the administration of Hilbert social media sites, it is important to emphasize that any unauthorized use of the Hilbert College name, logo, or trademarks without the express permission of an authorized official of the College is strictly prohibited.
Hilbert College social media sites may be administered on behalf of (a) Hilbert College as an institution; (b} individual divisions, programs, or departments; (c) members of the faculty, in connection with a specific course; or (d) student organizations ONLY with appropriate authorization.
For any new and/or pending Hilbert College social media accounts, please refer to the policy. For the purpose of existing Hilbert College social media accounts, we will be conducting an audit. If you are an administrator of a social media account that is affiliated with Hilbert College, we need your information.
