Bobbie Bilotta currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Franciscan Services and Hilbert College. She has over 30 years of human resources experience in Higher Education. Prior to joining Hilbert College in September of 2023, she served as the Director of Human Resources at Medaille University, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources management including benefits, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development training, and employee wellness and safety initiatives.
During Bobbie’s tenure at Medaille she served as the Co-Chair of the Employee Engagement Committee, which coordinated efforts to: advance the interest of the university and the surrounding community; provide development opportunities that cultivate the skills needed by all employees; foster university-wide communication that celebrates victories; and develop projects that promote employee engagement, cross departmental communication and create new and build upon existing traditions.
Outside of work, Bobbie has served as a volunteer for United Way Day of Caring, Habitat for Humanity Buffalo, Jericho Road, Urban League, and Grassroots Gardens of Buffalo. She has also had the privilege of coaching and mentoring students enrolled in organizational leadership programs.
Bobbie holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Medaille University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Canisius University.

Scott Briell

Scott Briell is a 1992 Flagler graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in History—Magna Cum Laude. He earned a Master of Arts in American Studies at Pennsylvania State University, Capitol College in 1994.
Scott’s admissions career began at Flagler as a work-study student in the admissions office. After completing his graduate degree, he served Flagler as an assistant director of admissions, associate director of admissions, and a visiting instructor of history at Flagler. For two years, he was the associate director of admissions at New College of Florida.
For the last twenty-two years, Scott has served in senior leadership roles at four universities. For the past five years, he was the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Services at Notre Dame of Maryland University. He led the admissions, financial aid, marketing, student life, and athletic departments. In 2022, NDMU transitioned its undergraduate program from all-women to gender-inclusive. This successful strategic initiative resulted in the recruiting of two of the three largest classes in NDMU history. Most recently, NDMU acquired the Maryland University of Integrated Health. Scott led the marketing, admissions, student life, and financial aid aspects of the acquisition. As the Senior Vice President and Dean of Admissions at Brenau University, Scott led the university to unprecedented enrollment growth. His team increased the Women’s College enrollment by more than 270 students in six years and Brenau’s overall enrollment increased from 1,800 students to more than 2,800 in ten years. He also served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Graceland University, and Senior Vice President for Enrollment at Iowa Wesleyan University.

Lisa Ressman
Controller for Franciscan Services & Hilbert College

Lisa Ressman, CPA serves as the Controller for Franciscan Services and Hilbert College, bringing extensive expertise in financial management and accounting. In her role she oversees financial operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards and supports strategic decision-making across both organizations. She has over 25 years experience in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Hilbert in August of 2025, she served in various Accounting/Finance roles, predominantly in the Not for Profit/Healthcare area. Additionally, Lisa also served on the Board of Hilbert College for four years prior to joining the Institution.
During Lisa’s career she has overseen various areas of Finance including but not limited to Budget, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. She has been instrumental in developing cost reduction strategies and implementation of systems.
Outside of work, Lisa has served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, SASI, ROC Affordable Housing, Delta Development and SASI Foundation.
Lisa Ressman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hilbert College and obtained her CPA certificate.

Jeremy Trumble

Prior to joining Hilbert in February 2022, Trumble served as Deputy CIO and Director of Enterprise Solutions for Hobart and William Smith Colleges since 2008 and Manager, Web Services and Student Systems at the Rochester Institute of Technology since 2002.
Trumble has also held roles in commercial Information Technology at Bausch & Lomb and HSBC Bank.
Trumble has served leadership roles on advisory boards for Oracle and the Higher Education Web Developer Association.
